To access the BPI Express Mobile App via Mobile Internet, you have to enable data and use the correct Access Point Name (APN) on your phone. To set up your phone, you can text GOHandset Model to 2951. You can also manually set it up. a) Go to Settings, look for Mobile Networks, and tap Data Enabled. b) Go to Network Settings and choose which SIM Card Slot is to be configured for internet. Will my minutes or KB be used up while on Free Access to the BPI Express Mobile App? No, your access within the BPI Express Mobile App will not use up your allocated KB from your GoSurf promo.
