Proper form in the deadlift. Lee Kirsch, since you asked about it a while back.... My computer is SLOW uploading, so I tried to make the video short and tried to explain as much as possible. Keep back flat, lift in controlled form, and dont bounce the weight off the floor. You can lower the weight somewhat faster than I did, but best to put something soft on the floor under the weights such as a towels. No, I dont recommend talking while you lift, but keep in mind Im was not using a heavy weight and I was trying to get in as much as I could in only a couple minutes.
