Proud of my hubby. Rog is an old timer in the towing industry. My husband met him decades ago while working some of the local derbies. Mark was a rookie then! Rog has always been around but in recent years with plagued by health issues. His life had him living alone in a small apartment, retired and bored out of his skull. Mark would call him from time to time to ask if he wanted to ride shotgun as company for the two hour trek to the auction. He always welcomed the trip. He still drives so one day Mark asked if he could man the flatbed at an accident site as we required several trucks. Rog jumped at the opportunity! This has been ongoing. Mark would enlist his services with complex repos etc. Yesterday, he presented Rog with the news that he has put him on the insurance as a 2ndary driver. You could see his whole face light up. As a nurse, I see the value of repurposing this old relic. He cant do the heavy lifting anymore but he is so animated to be back on the road...officially!
