Why do people have to be so rude? A person who was applying for one of our dogs that we had on our website refused to listen to the fact that she needed to be home-checked but kept telling us to mark the dog up to her, put it to one side as she had told her children this was the dog they were having. No, not until we have made sure the home is suitable. I get a phone call at 6 pm last last which to say the least was extremely rude telling me that the dog she had booked had been removed from the website. When I told her it had been rehomed she failed totally to get the concept of why we home check and ended up telling me she did not want one of our dogs anyway and slammed the phone down. Well it saves us a home check and a complete waste of our time and that of our volunteer. I hate to tell you lady money does not buy everything!
