Can anyone advise me on what is better to get? Just got my provisional, and Im debating on getting a car v a moped. Im 5ft so would I be able to ride a moped? Also which is cheaper per month to run? (including fuel, insurance, tax etc) Also, what type of roads cant you go on on a moped? Could I go from Spalding to Peterborough on one? Obviously Ive not had any lessons or CBT, Im just looking for some advice before I start.
