Proud of this club and its members. On the fourth day after the mishap it was up and running with all sailing activities able to progress pretty much as normal. And the sailors turned out in droves with Martletts on both the mill pond and the sea, the Tommy Hutton on Saturday and the down harbour Dolphin Cup pretty well attended despite the elements too. The bar was doing a roaring business and no-one let the odd flicker of lights due to the temporary wiring bother them. Had you come in with your eyes closed you would only really hae noticed the fading slightly smoked atmosphere and wondered if the barbeque had got out of hand. So to all participants in all the clubs activities and especially to the troopers photographed below - well done and thank you!!
