Proudly finish one of the worlds toughest half-iron distance in 5.57mins! It was a very tough day over the hills and the run was boiling. After a tough week recoverying from the race previous Sunday and not fully adapted to the heat, I cracked everything out of myself. It has been an amazing journey looking back at myself this time last year I was a girl who could barely survive 110K on a bike with only 20 months since my first sprint triathlon. And the best part worth celebration I managed my best swim ever in my life. I came out of the sea part at 25mins with GPS clocking 1.55km.
