Proverbs 18:22 KJV Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the Lord . The main reason a marriage falls apart is because you married wrong, the second reason a marriage will fall apart is one or both refuse Gods counsel. I heard theses things preached to me, and said, thats for someone else, well i was dead wrong. Its for me and my wife whom I have obtained favor of the Lord. A perfect marriage? Yes it does exsist, its when Christ comes for his bride, dont like bride of Christ? I do Romans 7:4 KJV Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God. There it is, and how the Lord loves, cares, comforts, and shows charity for us is a real nice place to start treating your wife, nobody and nothing is to come between husband and wife, you have the right to be jealous, when you read Pauls letters its to the bride of Christ, and you apply those doctrines to your home, marriage, and life. 2 Corinthians 11:2-3 KJV For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. Pay attention the attack starts at home, dont take your wife for granted, pray for her, and not that she be who you demand, but she can be all she can for Jesus and myself not to hinder her relationship with Christ, but to help her, love her, let her relax. Ephesians 5:25 KJV Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; It doesnt happen overnight, it is a daily walk with the Lord.
