[Psalm 112:6-8] Surely the Righteous will NEVER BE SHAKEN; they will be remembered forever. They will have no fear of evil tidings; their hearts are steadfast, trusting in the Lord. Their hearts are secure, they will have no fear; in the end they will look in triumph on their foes! We shall not be afraid of evil tidings. New Creation Believer, you have no reason what so ever, to dread the arrival of evil tidings; (bad news). Other men do not have an Open Heaven, and a wonderful Heavenly Father to fly to; they have never proven His faithfulness as you have, and it is no wonder that they are bowed down with alarm and cowed with fear: But you are of another spirit; and citizens of another Kingdom, and have been begotten again unto a lively hope, and your heart lives in Heaven and not on earth. Now let me ask you a question. if you are distracted as other men, what is the value of that grace you profess to have received? Where is the dignity of that New Creation Nature that you now possess? [Psalms 1:1-4] Blessed is the man who walks NOT in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; but, his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper. The ungodly are not so, but are like the chaff which the wind drives away. The Way of the Righteous and the End of the Ungodly are completely opposite. No comparison what so ever. So, again, if you are filled with alarm, as faithless unbelievers are, you would, undoubtedly, be led into the sins so common to them, under trying circumstances. The ungodly, when they are overtaken by evil tidings, rebel against God; they murmur, and think that God deals harshly with them. Will you fall into that same sin? Will you provoke the Lord as they do? Listen to me! An unconverted person will run to wrong means, to escape difficulties, and you will be sure to do the same if your mind yields to the present pressure. TRUST IN THE LORD, AND WAIT PATIENTLY FOR HIM. Your wisest course is to do as Moses did at the Red Sea, “Stand still and see the salvation of God.” When we give way to fear when we hear of evil tidings, we will be unable to meet the trouble with that calm composure of Perfect Peace. [John 14:27] Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful. Jesus said, MY PEACE I GIVE TO YOU. Not the kind of peace the world gives you. MY PEACE. it is an eternal Peace. DO NOT BE TROUBLED. DO NOT LET YOUR HEART BE TROUBLED. FEAR NOT, FOR I AM WITH YOU! Jesus always had this Peace. When His disciples woke Him during the storm, and their ship was full of water and sinking, they panicked and shouted Master, save us, dont you care that we are perishing? lol. Of course He cared. He stood up and rebuked the storm. PEACE, BE STILL. And there was a great calm. You see, Jesus always had this Peace, and that is why He could give it. And, the good news is JESUS GAVE THIS PEACE TO US. Jesus said...... MY PEACE I GIVE TO YOU. You have to have it, before you can give it. Do you see this? What you have inside, emanates out of you. If you dont have peace, you cant give peace. BUT WE DO HAVE IT. AMEN? The real answer, is to live in God’s presence 24/7? If you want to enter His presence, simply look to Jesus. Jesus is anointed to make the Presence of God real to you. Oh Yeah! Being hungry for His Presence and desiring to be in the presence of the Lord on a daily basis should be our greatest priority… just to be with Him and seek His presence with all our hearts. We all live in His presence all the time, “In Him we live and move and have our being” [Acts 17:28] The problem is.... not many people are aware of it. God is omnipresent, and His presence is always with us. So when we are talking about experiencing the Presence of the Lord, we are talking about the realization of God’s presence – of perceiving His presence and being conscious of Him. Just sitting at His feet, and basking in His Presence as Martha did. Martha chose the better thing, while Mary was always busy doing things. lol. You want perfect peace? Keep your mind stayed on Him 24/7. [Isaiah 26:3] You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You: because he trusts in You God has promised that as we draw near to Him, He will draw near to us and we will experience His presence in ever increasing measures. Spend time in The Secret Place of the Most High God, under the shadow of the almighty, and you will have encounter after encounter with the Presence of the living God. And He will KEEP you in PERFECT PEACE!!!
