Psalm 37:7-9 Be still in the presence of the Lord, and wait - TopicsExpress

Psalm 37:7-9 Be still in the presence of the Lord, and wait patiently for him to act. Dont worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes. Stop being angry! Turn from your rage! Do not lose your temper- it only leads to harm. For the wicked will be destroyed, but those who trust in the Lord will possess the land. Exodus 33:14 The Lord replied, I will personally go with you, Moses, and I will give you rest-everything will be fine for you. Heavenly Father! We pray for our friends and family who are struggling with life and relationships. We pray for those who are struggling with physical pain and sickness. We pray for those who are struggling with spiritual anxiety and other infirmities. Help them to know that You are there and that You are in control of their healing. We gave them healing and deliverance when Your Son Jesus said it is finished. In the name of Jesus, we command these infirmities to be bound up and removed from their lives. We pray for those who are mourning the loss of a loved one. We pray they will find comfort in Your presence and that You will surround them with Godly friends to be Your hands and feet. We pray for the spiritual leaders You have placed in our lives. We pray they will be able to stand strong and find courage, comfort and confidence to continue their ministries in Your Word. Give them the wisdom they need to continue to preach and teach Your Word. Give them a spirit of love as they are Your voice and heart to Your people. Prepare the hearts of those who will be in Church services this weekend. Fill Your church with lost souls who need to hear the Truth and need to find salvation. We pray for those who are feeling rejected and who are struggling in relationships. We pray that You will restore and renew these relationships. We pray that You will be the factor that brings hope and restoration back to these marriages, friendships, and families. Place a desire in the hearts of each person reading this prayer to learn more about You and to serve You with their whole heart. Go before us and open the doors that need to be opened today and close the doors that need to be closed. We are going to take hold of Your nail scarred hands and let You lead us through this day. Help us to have discernment in the midst of all the challenges that will come our way. Help us to be ready to take a stand for You in season and out of season. Help us to find favor with everyone we meet today. Help us to do our jobs and do them to the best of our abilities. Teach us new ways and give us wisdom as we become good stewards with the jobs You have entrusted to us. We love You and praise Your Father. Forgive us of our sins. We ask this in Jesus name. Amen!
