Public Comment time for TDHCAs 2015 9% Tax Credit Program rules is here (you know, the rules that dont tell citizens about applications until its too late and then dont let citizens participate in any meaningful way anyway so it really doesnt matter). I know were all tired of this, but I have a sample email attached that you can cut and paste or you can email your own note. There are at least 3 big problems with this program: citizen notification, citizen participation, and developer transparency. Please send something to them about any and/or all of it! The M1 and M2 must stay affordable for low-income residents for 30+ YEARS. We need to be able to have a say in something so long term. The M1 alone is getting about $16.7 million from public funding.
