Public Hearing: Power Line Expansions Tuesday, December 10, 2013 A Public Hearing will be held at the Town Hall, with information concerning the new proposals for power line expansions through Dutchess County. The PSC will eventually pick one of three proposals. One proposal starts the expansion at the PV substation on Route 44, and runs it through Dutchess & Columbia counties, affecting Milan, Hyde Park, and Pleasant Valley. Corridors may be expanded with a new line of towers, or another plan would have towers crossing new properties. Present corridors may double in size. All residents are invited to attend.
