*** Public Notice *** August 28, 2013 Areas affected – All residents West of 656 Hill Street Starting 3:00pm Wednesday, August 28, 2013, the Coshocton Utilities Department will begin the process of draining the Roscoe Water Tower for reconditioning. At approximately 11:00pm on August 28th we plan on completely draining the tower. During this period you will experience very low to no flow. We expect to restore current pressures by 7:00am August 29th. The tower is expected to be out of service for approximately 3 weeks. During this 3 week period current pressures should be restored, you may experience deviations of pressure and volume. If you experience a loss of service, please call the Water Plant at 622-1577.
