Public Safety Employee Association (PSEA) The PSEA, which is the employee association for JPD, AST and other public safety departments, donated $500 each to the Glory Hole Shelter and Soup Kitchen, Juneau Citizens Patrol, and Shop With a Cop. Officer Jeff Brink, who is the President of the Juneau Police chapter of the PSEA, presented the checks to representatives of the Glory Hole and Juneau Citizens Patrol on behalf of the employee association.
