Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa could participate in the Olympics and international beauty contests even though they are U.S. Territory. It is only Filipino oligarchs and their politicians who are preventing the rest of the 100 million Filipinos from doing what those from Puerto Rico, Guam etc are doing i.e. pursuit of happiness, freedom from want and fear! For us outside the Philippines, it is our duty and obligation to help other deserving Filipinos regardless of where they now reside. Can you imagine how many beauty queens. Arnel Pinedas, Manny Pacquiaos, Efren Bata Reyes, Francisco Bustamante and Michael Christian Martinez the Philippines will produce?
