Puerto Ricos economic crisis features a shrinking economy and a declining population, with 15 percent unemployment rate to boot. In laymens terms, things arent looking too good for the high income economy territory with the poverty rate of 41 percent. Numbers show that theyre poorer than the poorest state in the United States.
