Puesto de Trabajo / Job Opportunity: JOB DESCRIPTION FOR LANGUAGE SPECIALIST JOB SUMMARY The selected candidate will be engaged in different phases of the life-cycle of mortgage transactions and will be responsible for auditing the documents and taking corrective actions wherever required. KEY RESPONSIBILITES Translation: • Translating mails and ad-hoc projects from Spanish to English and vice versa. • Translating complex findings into written text from Spanish to English. • Maintaining the TAT for all the transactions with 100% accuracy. • Handling Client Calls • Updating daily MIS. CANDIDATE PROFILE Skills/ Expertise: • Strong communication skills – effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. • Attention to detail and a high degree of intellectual curiosity. • Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines. • Strong customer service focus, with a drive to ensure that we exceed the expectations of our clients. • Commitment to delivering quality results and overcoming obstacles and challenges in a time-sensitive environment. • Female candidates will be considered for day shift only. Male candidates must be willing to work in night shifts. Experience • Prior Experience not required Education • Bachelors/College Degree in any field. • Diploma or Degree course in Spanish.
