Pull up in parking lot of Rite-Aid. Notice Dog in car. I go in the store and walk up to the counter and say there is a dog in a car out there and girl looks at me like so I tell the girl she needs to get on the speaker and tell the person with the dog in the car to get out there if they dont want their windows busted out! the girl blank look, Ill have to ask. and she pointed to this other person. waiting waiting waiting ...she does nothing till I walk up to the other counter. By this time I am pissed. I repeat DOG IN CAR AND ADDED IT IS 100 OUT SIDE COULD YOU CALL ON THE SPEAKER.. 2ND girl just looks at me also.. finally a man putting boxes away said Ill do it. then turns to me and says ...you act like this is our fault. I ignored him. Then the owner shows up yelling that Californians are stupid. He then ,the owner, was going to inform me that he was only in there for a min. Minute passed a long time ago I told him. yelling yelling. I leave. I stayed out side till he came out to make sure the dog was ok. It is EVERYONES responsibility to watch for STUPID PEOPLE DOING STUPID THINGS TO HELPLESS ANIMALS AND CHILDREN GET SOME GUTS PEOPLE IN RITE-AID. Safeway and the other grocery stores will post signs and call on the speaker, they are on it and all you have to say is there is a dog in the car.
