Pulling/Rescuing is ONLY THE BEGINNING for shelter animals! Rescue groups end up spending several hundred dollars ($200+) for each animal that is saved and given a second chance. Barb was recently rescued from a kill shelter after her owners said they could no longer care for their 4-yr old family member.
