Pumpkin Cranberry Muffins ( I may have posted this one before, if so sorry for repeat, but they are good.) A low calorie, low points delicious muffin. Ingredients 15 oz pumpkin puree can 1 cup fat free milk 1/2 cup sweetener 1/4 cup sugar 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1 cup chopped cranberries 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup flour Directions Blend all ingredients until mixed. Pour into 12 greased muffin tins or muffin papers. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 22-25 minutes.
