Purple and Yukon gold potatoes from my garden with fresh Ginger, grated and pressed into baking cups, and pats of butter. Pork chunks with fresh minced garlic, Kosher salt and pepper seared in a small iron skillet with olive oil. Baked and the last 4 minutes added fresh eggs. They turned out ugly, I forgot the lime...lol to keep the color but the flavors were there, garnished with Basil from my herb boxes.
