Pursuant to my earlier post tonight, related to ROCKSPIDERS and the general lack of Police interest in the fairly PREDICTABLE activities of these despicable creatures PRIOR to commission of a reportable offence, I suggest that you consider the following. Australian Immigration authorities, who either ARE - or should -- be aware of these peoples Police records and behavioural traits, ---- ALLOW them to leave Australia on flights to well known Child Molestation Asian regions, on a very regular basis. Have YOU -- ever approached Police to tell them that YOU - or another family member OR a close friend was about to commit an offence and ask for their URGENT - HELP -- ASSISTANCE or appropriate intervention ? -- Well I have ! It will get you NOWHERE ! ------- Police will tell you to F***OFF and let them know -- when the Offence or indeed Crime -- has actually BEEN - committed. Have you ever come out of a Pub and observed a Police breathalyser activity in operation and asked for a test PRIOR to getting into the drivers seat of your car ? Police will tell you to F*** OFF and REFUSE to test you. They will tell you that they are NOT there to ensure YOUR safety -- or even that of other road users, but they ARE there ------ simply to NAIL you -- and ensure that the State Govt. gets to put your fine into ( Sadly depleted - thru mismanagement GREED , Ignorance and sheer bloody STUPIDITY ) state Coffers. You WILL no doubt have heard RUMORS - when Far too lenient sentences are handed down in our courts, for quite serious crime, that Judges and Magistrates have been instructed by State Govt. to limit CUSTODIAL sentences, because EXISTING Jails are already OVERFULL. I DO have a Magistrate friend, who assures me that such instruction is regularly issued and that such IS -- absolutely quite True. We frequently read newspaper reports where OUR Government quite frankly reveals that certain metropolitan AND Country prison facilities ARE overcrowded, sometimes so badly so as to be holding TWICE the muster that the prison was designed for. Bear in mind that prisons -- like ANY other Public building -- OR building approved by Local Govt. Act, -- to hold --- X -- number of persons - and NO more, Movie theatres, Public Halls, Pubs -- whatever, Those LAWS stand and INSURANCE and Fire protection include absolute MANDATORY maintenance of these conditions. PRISONS -- Such buildings ARE -- VERY Carefully purpose designed by Engineers, Architects and prison management EXPERTS. They ARE --- purpose designed to hold a specific number of human occupants --- and NO MORE ! Same goes for ANY building that the General Public has everyday access to. Private enterprise CANNOT -- OVERFLOW - the Legal limit of a Public building . So HOW --- Does the State Govt. get to OVERFLOW a prison ? -- When they do so -- A -- they ARE breaking the Law B -- They have VOID their Public Liability and every other Insurance protection. C -- They have subjected their occupants to quite unnecessary risk of ALL types and left the State Govt. open to all kinds of Lawsuits by prisoners who ARE sufficiently ASTUTE to have assessed the RISK exposure and who know exactly how to Legally and justifiably profit from it NOT --- Very SMART Eh ? Pretty STUPID in fact ! Happening EVERY day . How to solve this Dilemna ? Build MORE Prisons -- NOT politically popular ! Interfere with the Judicial process and endeavour to RESTRICT prison population --- YEA --- Very good Idea -- as long as we DONT get caught. WELL -- I think its about time WE caught them -- and called their Bluff ? BEFORE -- the Prisoners do !
