Push it baby! Incline or decline makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE. Those who know me know, that I’m an ambassador of “Mixing moves and workouts up”. Several benefits corroborate this. It keeps the brain fresh, and challenging on every workout. It keeps the muscles challenging, because muscles work along with different other muscles, move in different directions, collaborate with different joint moves. It also shapes the body on a different level: stimulating the hundreds of small accessory muscles, can drastically change and perfecting the bodyshape. Mixing up your workouts will develop other parts of fit being beside strength: flexibility, stability, balance, endurance, etc… How to mix up your workouts? For example changing the angle of the same exercise (in this video: incline bridges, incline leglifts, and incline plank with knee in) makes difference. The same muscles are working in different angles. Other muscles have to work and support the changed body position, muscles might never been trained. Your body will send different signs for your brain, not the same like they do in a regular bridge or leglift. It wakes up your brain, stimulate circulation, boost metabolism, and make the workout more fun. Today I showed some examples changing the angle of the old moves. I will show you more examples how to mix up your workouts with some easy and logic tips. It took me years to research and develop how can I change moves, and how to involve different parts of the body to an old exercise. It will take you a few DAYS to get to know it! Hit the like button, and if you are there, why don’t you leave a comment, or tag your friends who are bored from their workouts?
