We don’t believe in overloading our gym floor with P.Ts for the sake of a few more pounds either. But, with less than 10% of our members currently signed up to P.T sessions, there’s a huge commercial opportunity ready and waiting for people like you. Being a Personal Trainer at One To One Gym with Marvyn Bailey Personal Training is about personality, passion and professionalism. It’s also about partnership - linking up with our gym staff to offer complimentary sessions to new members and designing tailored programmes to suit individual needs. We’ll expect you to work hard to seek out and deliver your own regular sessions too. Indeed, to make the role commercially viable, you’ll need to aim for at least 20 sessions per week. That means doing all you can to build your reputation and client base. We’ll help by setting up marketing events and a ready-made market to sell to – our members. To succeed, youll need a fitness qualification equivalent to a Personal Training Level 3, plus a genuine passion for fitness. Used to delivering personal training services that offer a safe, effective and fun way to get the most from a workout, you’re a real presence in the gym – someone who truly motivates and inspires others and, ideally, knows how to sell. If, Marvyn Bailey Personal Training takes care of the rent, your insurance, marketing material, uniform, etc. Marvyn has also purchased virtuagym/software which is the leading provider of client retention and goal reaching software material which the Trainer will be using, we’ve pushed ourselves hard to offer you the best.
