Putin is attacking again and there are people dying in Ukraine for the countrys independence, Monica Macovei, member of the European Parliament, said in a statement to SETimes. It is obvious Putin is intent on rebuilding the Soviet Union, the great dictatorship in the East raised by Stalin through genocide, terror, labour camps and death. Putin, just like Stalin, is leaving behind dead and borders treaded. It is important we stand by our Ukrainian neighbours in these very difficult moments.
