Putting the cart before the horse!!!! If you are really just selling the cart you put it first then the hosre! In others words if you wanted just to boast about how many Signed into Obama-Care,that is what you do! Not how many Joined! Over 700,000 had to sign in just to look around and compare! But that is not what Potus is trying to say! Just Signed Up! That is why one of the major reasons the system is screwed up!
