Q: There seems to be a lack of black owned clubs in Indianapolis, why? Dr Dollaz: the bigger picture, there is a lack of Black Owned Businesses in Indianapolis. Indianapolis has not done a great job of cultivating an environment that really pushes for the development & support of black owned business. Indianapolis has also failed to retain its college graduates and stop them from moving to other states. These graduates could have easily been a new crop of young black business owners
