Hey lovely. There are no quick fixes Im afraid. You need a lifestyle change. The best thing you can do is juice fresh veggies every morning (kale, celery, spinach, ginger, lemon and an apple). Drink up to 3 liters of water a day. No processed foods (nothing pre-packaged or factory made. If it’s natural and from the earth, i’m eating it). Run twice a week for cardio. Ride a bike, swim or hike to stay vibrant. Yoga for flexibility. Strength train at home using the P90x system or insanity workout. Hope that helps! :)
