QA Tester/Junior Software Engineer Amrelitech’s branch in India seeking a talented QA Tester/Software Test Engineer to join our rapidly expanding technology solutions team. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced QA Tester/Software Test Engineer to assist us with the development and launch of our client software for Windows, mobile apps and our website. An experienced tester, who has QA tested for 2-3 years already with the majority of that being on Windows desktop applications. Our ideal candidate will be driven and motivated about constantly breaking and helping improve our products to give a better overall experience to our client base. An individual who very much enjoys breaking anything the development team puts out, to aid in the effort to reach a near perfect product. This will also be a person who is meticulous, organized, and methodical in their efforts and will take full responsibility for prioritizing their own workload and meeting deadlines in a timely manner. They will possess strong written and spoken communication skills, and enjoy being a part of a lively and social team here at Amrelitech. & of course, most importantly, they will have a love of technology and ambition to expand on their methods of testing, hone their sharps skills, and acquire a deeper knowledge and understanding of the process of developing and perfecting software. A Bachelors Degree in MCA/MS/BE, CS, MCTS, or a related field is preferred A solid understanding of bug tracking databases, proper formatting for bug reports, as well as knowledge of origin of prevalent errors 2+ years of Internet application test development and execution experience. An analytical, meticulous, and well-trained eye, as well as a problem-solvers way of thinking, resulting in the uncanny ability to strategically calculate the breakpoints of the product in its current standing, and effectively & efficiently report these issues to the developers accordingly 1+ years of WPF, Windows 8 Metro app, applications and/or web application testing and white box testing experience 3+ years of back-end testing experience with SQL Server and/or Access databases Development experience with Visual Basic, VB.net, ASP is a plus.
