QSDC is announcing 2013-2014 Technical Assistance Fund program for Small and Medium Enterprises. We are excepting applications from October 1st, until October 30th 2013. Applications that have met the requirements of our qualification requirements will be considered for this program. Qualification requirements: • Officially registered as a small and medium-sized business • Evidence of a purchase agreement or purchase intent from buyers • Interest and wherewithal to expand capacity and increase sales and quality • Audited balance sheets for last 2 years (In some instances, QSDC will consider start-ups as long as the supplier can demonstrate previous managerial and technical capabilities to fulfill a purchase order as well as assume most of the risk of the project) • Practices are compliant with Mongolian law and best international practices or client is willing to obtain required certifications • Client is willing to return advanced TAF resource with agreed upon returns as increased sales and increased revenues are being realized due to QSDC intervention
