#QTalk with TERENCE Greetings Q FM and fellow listeners. I would prefer to be kept anonymous and keep my story brief. My parents died a long time ago, in fact so long ago that I barely remember anything about them as I was only 5. I was taken in by my mother’s older sister, my aunt. She has raised me and been like my very own mother. I love her genuinely. I am now 27 years old and working in Lusaka, able to fend for myself. All thanks to my lovely aunt. God bless her soul. I fell in love with a very beautiful and faithful woman some 2 years ago and I have asked her to marry me. She said YES. Her family have also approved and accepted me. Problem is with mine. My aunt has not approved of this lady because she doesn’t trust she is wife material for the simple reason that she has a child from a previous relationship. I really love my woman and I have over-looked her past but my aunt just can’t. She has told me if I go ahead with the marriage she will take no part of it and has denied giving me her blessing.
