QUESTION: As a pastor, have you ever fallen sick? If so, which sickness and what was the cause? Because we have never seen you on the prayer line or missing a Sunday service before. ANSWER: That you are a pastor does not mean you are not going to be sick but our sickness is not like others. When sickness comes, we see the need of God the more. We are sometimes tempted so that we may pray the more. Afflictions are meant for our spiritual benefit. Remember what Apostle Paul said in 2 Corinthians 12:7-9 – “And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of satan to buffet me, lest I be exalted above measure. Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me. And He said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness. #AskTBJoshua
