QUESTION FROM A COTC FRIEND: Hoping you or your readers can help with my sons upcoming 2nd Birthday. It will be the first one he can eat at so Im really excited to be planning a party where he can eat all of the food! Hes egg, nut, soy, gluten, dairy and coconut product free. Any ideas for cake with icing of some sort and snacks? I use honey or dates as our sweetener if possible. Will need something to send into daycare on his birthday too. Thank you! !!
