QUESTION: If you do progressive overload, do you increase weight per set, or do you increase total volume of exercise. I know they work with each other but which do you focus on? ALSO: If you do daily undulating periodization, do you still hit roughly same total weight lifted per exercise regardless of rep/set scheme, OR do you have certain total weights prescribed to each rep/set scheme and increase that individually of other workouts rep/set schemes. Sounds tricky but this is for personal studies
