Qualifications Basic Qualifications: • Masters Degree or equivalent experience in public health, healthcare administration, epidemiology or related field. • Masters Degree in public health, healthcare administration, epidemiology, or related field preferred. • Must be able to create professional reports and presentations. • Ability to manage research budgets. • Significant experience (usually five (5) plus years) in a healthcare and/or research setting to include management responsibility. • Ability and/or experience developing and implementing research instruments under general supervision. • Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative data interpretation and application. • A minimum of three (3) to four (4) years of experience managing research projects in a self-directed capacity. • A minimum two (2) to four (4) years of direct personnel management preferred. • Proficiency (typically four (4) plus years of professional experience) in research methodology/research study design, and hypothesis testing preferred. Preferred Qualifications: • MPH/MS/MA or PhD/DrPH
