Royal Golden Eagle (RGE) Indonesia (rgei). APICAL has strong refinery operations in Indonesia and China. A leading player in the palm oil industry, it is an integrated consumer products manufacturer with a range of vegetable oil-based value-add products including cooking oil, margarine, shortening, frying fat, and biodiesel. APICAL’s refineries, located in Jakarta Utara (KBN Marunda), Dumai (Riau – Sumatera) and Tanjung Balai (Sumatera), have a combined capacity of more than 2.5 million MT per annum of palm oil products. The Group has plans to further expand its refinery operations to other strategic locations in Java and Kalimantan. Bulking tank sites are located at Padang (Sumatera) and Bagendang (Central Kalimantan); similarly with plan to set up new strategic tank sites in Sumatera and Kalimantan. Quality Assurance Management System Manager Job Description Monitor QS systems and advise executive team on system performance; publish statistics regarding performance against set goals. Perform internal QS audits that are compliant with corporate policies, practices, and procedures. Collaborate with client-facing QS representatives to ensure full customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services. Establish and maintain a QS program for monitoring supplier quality, including audits, controls, and other qualifiers. Conduct risk analyses, verification, validation activities, and formal design reviews, as applicable. Support new product development and continuous improvement and by integrating quality control tools (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) into processes. Act as liaison with customer auditors and assume responsibility for ensuring corrective actions with customer specifications. Ensure ongoing compliance with local, national, and international standards and legislation. Create and maintain QS control documentation. Identify relevant QS training needs and opportunities. Requirements Minimum 8-10 years related experience in edible oil or in edible oil industries, with 3 (two) years in managerial position. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Science. Required Technical skills: GMP, Six Sigma, Quality Management, RSPO, ISCC, HACCP, KOSHER. Practical experience with risk management, product testing, capability studies, and control plans. Good communication in English (both oral & written), proactive, analytical thinking, and detail oriented. Good organizational and administrative skills, troubleshooting and diagnosis skills. Strong leadership capability, Customer Service oriented, able to work independently and in a team environment. Willing to be placed at Lubuk Gaung, Dumai, Riau.
