Quality Control Manager (CHE-003) Location:Industrial Zone – Qom Oshim , Fayoum (30 mins From 6th October ) Responsibilities and Duties: • Make sure the Security and Environmental procedures corresponding to the own position are in compliance with current legislation, with the factory, with the Environmental Management System, or other legal commitments. • Order and clean job position area. • To act following the highest legal and ethical standards. • To be responsible socially and with our environment. • To valuate diversity and understand different cultures. • To achieve the legal, goals, functional and/or operational commitments. • Lead and implement safety standards, published safety programs and local regulation • Support the general safety policy, as safety is the responsibility of line management • Conduct highly visible interactive safety audits of their assigned area • Responsible for applying product quality in accordance with factory standards Tasks • Manage, coordinate and motivate to all his subordinate team. • Collaborate directly and take care of selection process, training and retribution of all subordinate team. • Make performance appraisals of all subordinate team. • Ensure ethic and legal standards are implemented. • Responsible for releasing product after quality acceptance results. • Cost saving and Minimize losses. • Controls of incoming raw materials (chemically and physically). • Determining whether the finished products are of specified quality. • Determining cause of product defects. • Develop methods for reducing defects. • Establish testing procedure for the required quality tests. • Documentation and evaluation of results. • Suggest changes in how products are made to achieve the best quality possible. • Recommend methods to minimize and reuse of defected products. • Investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.
