Quality & Training Manager - São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil MONSANTO Main purpose of the job is to lead the Quality programs for SJdC and CAM plant, ensuring they are properly implemented; to ensure compliance to company and legal requirements; to lead Training program for SJdC plant; to develop Quality knowledge across all levels of organization. Main Activities/Responsabilities: · Responsible to manage and improve the Quality and Training Programs, Policies and Procedures and support the region to continuously improve performance and ensure sustainable compliance with Monsanto Policies and local legislation, regulatory and quality regulations. · Provide guidance and orientation for technical and personal development of Q&T professionals. · Communicate with the leadership and global teams to get their support, involvement and approval to the Q&T programs. · Monitor and collect consumer feedback on product quality; reshape standards to maximize customer satisfaction. · Promote and improve network with the other business in the region and with other regions corporately to seek for the best practices available. Strongly network with Global Quality Group. · Translate corporate and regional goals and requirements into function and site specific goals and objectives. Manage and follow up the implementation plans and other action plans at regional level. · Organize region-wide trainings, campaigns, networks and audits. Develop guidelines and procedures as needed. · Periodically report progress to the regional, functional and corporate leadership, using appropriate performance indicators and management review processes. Prepare and manage reports to all required levels. Interact with site managers to get their full support and understanding to our programs, goals and objectives. · Be a solution provider and be able to recognize gaps in early stage to take the proper preventive actions. React rapidly when a problem is detected. Required Qualification: Graduation in Engineering; Fluency in English.
