Implementation of a national education program regarding alternative vehicles 3. Reach out to provinces without existing programs to follow Quebecs model with the help of the Federal government in terms of a matching system (provinces may invest as much or as little as they wish, which will be supported by the Federal government) Quebec proposes this policy in the hopes of taking the first steps towards integrating greener vehicles as a Canadian norm.
