Remember the blue male we pulled from the animal shelter on friday? Poor Duke ended up in an animal shelter and even though his tag led back to his owner, no one ever came to pick him up. He was labeled as rescue only just because his coat was a bit patchy but he is just a typical blue with a touch of alopecia. A few soothing baths and some good nutrition will help and even though he may never have a full coat, it is in pretty good shape. Duke is supposed to be 7 years young but he is still an active and super happy guy. He is so affectionate, has a little training, and he loves to hang out with anyone willing to give him some attention. Duke is also really good with other dogs of all sizes and genders. He does occasionally have the bad habit of mounting other dogs from his many years of being intact but he isnt a dominant guy at all and takes direction well. We just love this tall, blue sweetheart and we know you will too! He will be at the rescue in Fillmore this weekend for adoptions so come on out and meet him.
