Queridas amigas e amigos. Cole o texto nesse campo e pronto! O Pedro e os demais membros do time agradecem. Eu também. Texto: SBCC is well known thorough California and the USA as one of the Best community colleges that are out there. In order to get in, international students who want to pursue a tennis career begin practicing at an early age, spend an enormous amount of hours trying to improve their English skills, and have to spend money, effort and time to take a lot of tests so they prove their capacity. After they enroll, they have to move to another country, adapt themselves and try to feel comfortable with another culture, and sometimes even abandon family, relationships, jobs, and their lives. All of that because of a dream. They dream about being a part of the team. Not only because it would look good on their resumés, but because most times, tennis is their reality, is what they live for. And that also counts for American students, not only international ones. Ending the team so abruptly also means ending their dreams, telling those students and their family that their efforts were meaningless and that they now have to start the whole process again. Besides, SBCC was awarded #1 community college in the country with the men`s tennis team included, so it would make no sense at all suspend it. That said, it also needs to be explained that only the men`s tennis team is being excluded, and two other girl`s sports teams are being added, so if money were the issue that couldn`t happen, making budget cuts not an acceptable reason for its exclusion. I must now, after exposing my beliefs, say that I disagree with men`s tennis team exclusion from SBCC`s sports program, and would like this decision to be revoked.
