Question- as u know we have moved however our landlords giving us a hard time in regards to deposit and little things to do again and again. Anyone here know right especially when it comes to living in the below for years? Landlord did not fix things or if he would he did half way. Any help would be appreciated. The things below are NOT things we have done nor getting blamed for however things weve lived with and did not get repaired. (Water damage, bathroom walls rotted, major mold in bathroom, mold growing up wall, the floor image is mold NOT dirt, bathroom downstairs we have not been able to use due to pipes since we moved in, floor in bathroom upstairs soft and coming thru wall.) we would LOVE advice as to what rights we have.
