Question. Got certified a month ago and hired last week. . I just got out the infantry after 14 yrs and I know to keep my mouth shut and show respect and pay my dues and I have seen my share of hazing/practical jokes and when to laugh it off but theres also a line in the infantry where if you let someone talk shit non stop or attack you as a man you have to stand up for yourself or everyone will step on you and you have no ones respect . Im not a tough guy but I dont want to get fired for fighting a guy whos trying to test me. What is the best way to handle this in the tower industry if the situation occurs?
