Question No.3. Why do Registered Electrical Engineer(REE) prohibited from signing and sealing Electrical Plans . Answers : REE is just a newly graduate. REE is practicing his license in a field where he cannot see it (Electrical World). You have to experienced it within a five (5) years time. To qualify , you have to be tested and again to be regulated by way of taking Registered Professional Electrical Engineer Licensure Exam . After passing this exam you have to registered. By then, you will become a Registered PEE. As PEE you are now authorized to practice the full scope of Electrical Engineering.
