Question: What do you do if you have a popular post where you list a specific brand and give them total props and you didnt disclose a relationship BECAUSE THERE WASNT ANY and now there is. Do you have to go back and create a disclosure if the post is popular and still gets hits? That stumped me. I got no clue, but this may become an issue next month if this client signs. This actually is relevant to you guys too! This is a brand that I freely talked about and now they want to be a client. Awesome! But how do you handle disclosures backwards? Is there even a law about that? Totally confused. Ill let you guys take a stab....
