Question for any techies out there: I’ve got the option to reset Firefox. Getting desperate now – it’s reached the stage where YouTube vids stop after about 10 seconds, no attempt to buffer, they just stop, same result after reloading page. The text below the reset button says: If youre having major problems which you cant resolve, start fresh with only your essential information. Can find no information about what is discarded to leave only ‘essential information’, so I’m hesitant. What am I going to lose by clicking RESET? Help!!!!!!!!
