Question from a Fun House friend: "Questions: Trigger point injections has anyone ever had them done and where? Did they help you or make you hurt more? Did you have alot of soreness after and just hurt more for a few days then see improvement or get nothing out of it at all? I had one put in a chronic place in my mid back where I have had pain sense I was 13 and now hurt wore than before is this normal and will get better in a few days after the soreness from having it done goes away or is what I have now what im going to get? Worried and a bit confused help!"
