Question from one of our readers: I am a dental hygienist in Oregon and have recently been assigned to be our offices OSHA organizer and ensure everything is up to date. When I came into the office, there was no MSDS binder and I was told that they had hired a company that kept all the files electronically. Now, the office wants to keep a MSDS binder in the office with hard copies and Ive been challenged to find all the MSDS, which are now SDS sheets online and put together a MSDS binder from scratch. I am unsure how I should be organizing the MSDS/SDS binder and how papers should be categorized. Thanks for any feedback and help! Please leave your feedback/suggestions below.
