Question from someone in the group: I had my child support hearing (over the phone) bc x lives out of state and is trying to lower his support he is already in great arrears for. it was him, I and the admin judge. I was explaining my condition that keeps me from working full time, and x had the chance to ask question. he blatantly asked me what medications I was on?! this is for a modification for child support, hearing that i requested because I am refuting his claims of working min wage. he has been working under table jobs for years. so- i object to answering that personal question that has no baring on anything. He tries to say, bc some medications can interfere with work productivity? it all sounded very fishy to me, I am on strong medication that is on strict supervision my my doctor. Has no effect on my life. But typical of the narc he wants to low ball me, get me to look less of a person.. his goal always. It just so turned out that I found out, he is now working part time at the same name drug store chain (nationwide) that i fill my prescriptions! as a clerk. as in the past he seems to show his true colors, and my intuition told me he somehow looked up my personal medication files in the system or got a "friend" pharmacist to look me up for him. Its too much of a coincidence in my eyes. He cant say he knows my meds or would be found out, but he sure tried to get me to say it. That obviously is a huge HIPAA violation not only by him but by the chain and pharmacist. I feel I need to act on this, but I do not know what ave to take. I cant afford a lawyer but I feel i need to consult with someone, as this is possibly a huge privacy violation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I feel violated and need to act on this.
