Answer: The library has “The Autobiography of Malcolm X,” “Malcolm X, the Man and His Times” (an anthology of Malcolm Xs writings, speeches, and manifestos), and numerous other books describing his life and ideas. Manning Marable’s recent biography, “Malcolm X: A Life of Reinvention,” has been celebrated for trying to paint an objective portrait that draws on more than twenty years of research.
